Shipping
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with us by 11:30 AM are usually processed on the same day. Please note that Hermes does not deliver to parcel stations, typically makes only one delivery attempt, and subsequently redirects the package to a post office or parcel shop if the recipient or a neighbor is not available. If you do not pick up the package in time, the shipment will be returned after the 7-day storage period.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €80, we will waive the shipping costs (within Germany). For orders under €80, the shipping cost is €4.95. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart and on the order page.
How will my package be delivered?
The delivery is either made as an insured package with Hermes or by goods mail.
Do you ship internationally?

Tights are perfect for online shopping. They are easy to ship and, unlike in stores (where you usually cannot try on tights), you enjoy a 30-day return policy with us and the best value for money.

Returns
What is your policy on returns?
Returns are unfortunately unavoidable, even though we truly do our best. We want to make it as easy as possible for you and extend your return policy to 30 days.
Please help us in our effort to curb the growing environmental issue caused by excessive returns by shopping mindfully.
What do I need to consider when returning an item?
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please use our returns portal exclusively for this purpose. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service at any time; our team is happy to assist you.
How does the refund process work?
The products are only fully refundable if they are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please return the item in its original packaging. Once the return reaches our warehouse, we will process the refund (within 14 days after cancellation). It will be made using the same method that was used to pay for the goods. Refunds to credit cards are usually visible on the account statement after 3–5 business days. Please ensure that we can clearly identify your order.

Are Bataillon Belette products vegan?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.
Are Bataillon Belette products made fairly?
Yes. We exclusively produce in Northern Italy and Portugal, where we can ensure fair treatment of all employees.
Where are your products manufactured?
We exclusively produce in Western Europe, mainly in beautiful Northern Italy. This allows us to keep transportation routes short and ensure our high quality.
How does the Bataillon Belette sizing system work?
A transparent and simple sizing system is very important to us. Our tights are available in 3 sizes:
1) 32-34-36
2) 38-40-42
3) 44-46-48
The correct size corresponds to your normal clothing size and does not need to be chosen one size larger. Only if you are exactly between sizes do we recommend the larger one.
If you are taller than 1.78m, we would recommend one size larger.
I hate it when tights slip down...
We placed great emphasis on long leg sections in the cut development to ensure that the tights do not sag too low in the crotch. The comfort waistband also provides a soft hold and helps prevent slipping down. (If you buy too large, the waistband may sit too loosely).
Which shade suits me?
The classic, a black tights truly suits every woman and enhances any outfit.
Which skin tone should I choose?
We have developed skin tones that make the legs look fresh and summery without appearing artificial, like professional makeup. To find the perfect nude shades, we utilized the expertise of the cosmetics manufacturer ZOEVA and developed two state-of-the-art colors:
1) "Light Skin" - for all lighter skin types
2) "Tanned Skin" - for all medium to darker skin types.
What makes your products so special?
The tights from Bataillon Belette are absolutely well thought out and primarily uniquely robust. Thanks to their slightly longer cut, they maintain their shape, do not slip with every movement, and do not sag between the legs. The extra-wide waistband sits uniquely comfortably and ensures that the tights do not dig in, roll down, or show under tight clothing.
With its flat comfort seam, the tights leave no marks on the skin, and the label is sewn on the outside of the waistband to avoid scratching the skin. The reinforced panty part is optimally sized and does not show even under short pants or skirts. A small embroidered heart on the inside of the left thigh makes a Bataillon Belette tight instantly recognizable. The wearer can keep this little secret or use it seductively…
How long does a pair of tights last?
We have specialized in significantly extending the lifecycle of tights. In everyday use, Bataillon Belette tights last on average 5 times longer than other tights.
The founders and designers of Bataillon Belette (Pia and Dan) come from the automotive industry. They wanted to bring a pair of tights to the market that is not a disposable product. Their passion for innovative materials and timeless design has been poured into Bataillon Belette. What was important to them: no runs! After years of tinkering, testing, and developing, the designers have launched a unique pair of tights that is of higher quality than all other commercial models, significantly more durable, and additionally packaged sustainably. In other words – without plastic!
Can I wash your tights in the washing machine?
CAN I WASH YOUR TIGHTS IN THE WASHING MACHINE? Yes. You can wash all our tights in the washing machine. We recommend using a wash bag and washing at 30°C with similar colors.
Warranty
What is the manufacturer's warranty for Bataillon Belette?
Since the purchase date of May 20, 2024, we offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products. We do this because we are convinced that our tights can withstand your everyday life. Our mission is to ensure that you never have to worry about tights again.
If your tights show damage despite normal use and adherence to the care instructions, you will receive a new pair.
What is the difference between return and warranty?
Return: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (for example, if the color or size does not fit), you can return the items within 30 days. Returns are possible if the items are unworn and in their original condition.
Warranty: Our manufacturer's warranty provides one year of protection from the date of purchase for all products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages that occur despite normal use. In the event of damage, we will replace the product with a pair of tights of the same model and color or offer a similar model in the next closest color if the same model is not available. This warranty applies to all purchases made from May 20, 2024, and does not apply to free items or heavily discounted items.
What does the manufacturer's warranty cover?
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage that occurs despite normal use
- Shipping costs for the replacement delivery (within Germany)
What is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
- Minimal damage that does not affect wear (e.g. small pulled threads, slight color deviations, minimal fabric irregularities)
- Negligent damage and misuse
- Failure to observe care instructions
- Free items
- Items purchased before 20.05.2024
How do I report a warranty claim?
1. Please report the warranty case exclusively via email to service@bataillonbelette.com.
2. In the email, be sure to include the email address of the order, the order number, and the order name.
3. Please attach a short video of the tights showing the damaged area, the brand logo, the entire tights, and proof of the date. The case will be reviewed as quickly as possible and a replacement will be prepared.
Which items are excluded from the warranty?
Free items and heavily discounted items (e.g., as part of promotional campaigns) with more than 20% discount are excluded from the warranty. Items that have already been claimed are also excluded from further claims.
What happens if the same model is not available?
If the same model is not available, we will offer you a similar model in the next closest color.
Does the warranty period extend with the replacement?
No, the warranty period does not extend due to the replacement.
