Bataillon Belette [batalˈjoːn bəlɛt] (French for "doll troop") is a challenge to disposable products. We were so disappointed by the poor quality of conventional tights that we decided to do better.

After years of development, we have produced tights that are super robust thanks to their material technology. We abhor disposable products and stand for long-lasting design.

Because our tights are more durable, you don't have to buy them as often, saving valuable resources and producing less waste.

We know that the arbitrary quality of conventional tights can be unsettling in everyday life. We want to change that too.

During our development phase, which lasted several years, we refined our products until they had optimal aesthetics and a comfortable fit. They look incredibly good on every leg.

ESSENTIALS INSTEAD OF FAST FASHION, BECAUSE THINGS OF QUALITY HAVE NO FEAR OF TIME

We deliberately do not make trend collections because it leads to overproduction and we already have enough overproduction in the world (over 2 billion pairs of tights are produced every year).

As a modern design label, we distance ourselves from fast fashion and prefer to put our energy into innovative yarn mixtures. Our tights are produced in northern Italy, from the yarn to the plastic-free packaging, so we keep transport routes to a minimum.

For us, nylons are the ultimate essential and with their 6km of yarn they are absolute everyday heroes. That's why we've embroidered a heart on the left thigh. Thank you for joining us on the journey to the perfect basic!
